WHEN YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE, YOU CAN KNOW WHAT TO DO
The beauty of coaching
– a partnership which empowers
– to go beyond superficial improvements,
– finding answers and wisdom from within
– through discovery and exploration
– enabling deep and lasting change
I don’t have all the answers, but I can listen and ask questions to help you uncover your answers from within.
This is important, because once you know who you ARE, you can know what to DO.
THE STORY
Hello, I’m glad you’re here
I am a husband and father of 3 adult children and small business serial-entrepreneur. My true passion is to support and be in relationship with others. I grew up and lived half of my life in The Netherlands. Faith has always been important to me and has taught me that love is what truly matters.
In 1988, I decided to study to become a social worker, but it wasn’t the right time for me, yet…. Now, half a lifetime later, I am finally ready to get back to my passion of supporting people.
I needed all these years in between. I needed the experiences of supporting a family, running small businesses, serving customers and being actively involved within faith communities. Throughout these years, I got to know many different people. Each and everyone made an impression on me and I learned something from all of them. I have also made mistakes and hopefully learned from those as well. All of these lived experiences are what I am taking with me now that I am pursuing to serve others through coaching.
If there would be any kind of legacy for me to leave behind over these next few decades I would hope it to be that I have been able to play a small part in supporting and encouraging people, to help them live a life true to themselves and others, filled with love and wonder.

THE PHILOSOPHY
Four beliefs we work from
01
Transformation is natural and necessary
Living to the fullest feels like a dying and a rising, a climbing of a second mountain, a being born into a larger life, a suffering with new beginnings. — Awfully – Beautiful —
02
Doing flows from being
What we do is always the result of who we believe we are. Change that lasts starts first with Being, what follows is a clearer doing, naturally …
03
Welcoming all our parts
Being Whole isn’t fixing what’s broken, but welcoming every part of us until all the parts have a seat at the table.
04
Love is The LifeForce
Love is the inspiration and creator, the ultimate goal and purpose. The Beginning and the End. Love is the glue that holds together. Even that which seems loveless exists longing for love.
Love and suffering, two sides of the same coin
HOW WE HOLD THE WORK
A space that welcomes all of you
- Compassion before correction — we meet patterns with curiosity, not judgement.
- Depth with direction — reflective, yet grounded in real, doable next steps.
- You stay in the driver’s seat — you’re the expert on your life; I hold the map and the mirror.
- Wholeness over performance — success that costs your self isn’t worth coaching toward.
